Lady Bug Furniture Recalled and Stated Hazardous

The end of July meant an important recall of products from Far East Brokers. One of their products, specifically the metal-framed children's outdoor furniture in lady bug designs were stated to contain lead in excessive amounts which was hazardous to health.

The effects of excessive health could lead to brain damage that cannot be fixed, kidney damage and nervous system damage.

Branded as Leisure Ways Brand, all furniture in the set - which includes the moon chairs, the folding camp chairs, swings, and patio sets were all part of the recalled products.

With over 14,000 pieces out in the market since January to May, customers may identify if they have purchased the recalled product by looking at the labels on the chairs that indicate production date.

Those produced within December of 2012 are part of the products that should be returned and customers will be able to gain a full refund.
