Sutherland and Perennials Outdoor Fabrics Moves Office Space

It took Sutherland and Perennials Outdoor Fabrics over six months to decide before they could actually move their office and finally they have accomplished it.

The new headquarters is found around Love Field, specifically at 1600 Viceroy office building. This Dallas based company rented a place that has a great Brookhollow Golf Club view and has a whole floor of their office.

Thanks to their broker, John Amend from Dallas, office space solution is finalized and just nearby their old place.

“We were playing golf at Brookhollow, and I saw the building for lease and it all fell into line,” said owner David Sutherland.

Since 1992, the couple David and Ann Sutherland have handled the company operations and has made the company grow big.

The new location fits their requirements of joining the two companies in the 23,000 square foot space.

“This happened fast,” Amend said. “We were looking at building a facility or buying one. They had to have space fast. Their growth is spectacular.”

Over 16 years of growth as a designer and a manufacturer of outdoor fabrics and it is still growing. Their products include patio furniture and pleasure boat covers with their fabric offers. Perennials have also allowed retailers, such as designers and restoration hardware, to sell their products.

Meanwhile, Sutherland offers their products in a ton of showrooms around the country and internationally. The products include handcrafted outdoor furniture that are high in quality.

Both are growing well, having five showrooms where one of them is already 190,000 square feet in size. In their growth, they are adding more showrooms around the country and remodeling some of their office spaces.
